The Lyme Disease Association Salutes LDo

The Lyme Disease Association (LDA) salutes (LDo) for their work onHS JohsonLorraine Johnson, CEO, LDo  the MyLymeData registry. Their  partnering with researchers has now resulted in UCLA & Claremont McKenna College researchers receiving a National Science Foundation Grant for $800,000 for their work with the MyLymeData Registr . The collaboration has existed since the inception of MyLymeData. This grant project will use artificial intelligence and predictive analytics to answer questions including what patients remain ill.

Said Pat Smith, President, LDA, "We are proud of LDo for what they have accomplished. It has taken tremendous work to produce such a registry, collect the data, and write a proposal to be funded at this level. This project can provide a tremendous amount of data on chronic Lyme, an area which has not been previously recognized by nor focused on by government and has a dearth of data. Kudos, LDo, for a job well done."
